Magnifico!
Lindo demais
Wonderful thank you
Thank you for making this wonderful documentary! Very inspiring!! 👏
"Compared to Stradivari, we all suck!" Violin makers, forever.
I wish they dubbed the Italian. I can’t read the subtitles while driving 😂
I’m not a musician, but that sounds amazing!
🙏
Many, many thanks for sharing this video, 🙏
Lord have mercy! It is difficult to believe anyone would listen to opera. It's absolutely horrifying: screaming on pitch! UGH!
What part did the Moors play in the string insyrument and the he musuc
Many,many, thanks, I appreciate 🙏
3:48 PERFETTI lol
Just to think that instrument is over 3 centuries old is mindblowing
Verdade
only Jascha Heifetz could play Chaconne .... biondi's version is like lukewarm tap water
I believe you are referring to Heifetz playing the Bach Chaconne. Biondi is playing a Chaconne written by Biber.
Wouldn`t it be great if you could have an Italian lady talking every time someone played a violin ?
There will never be a violin maker like Stradivari. The sound is incredible. A testament to the Italian genius.
"Stoke up the fire will you." "Have already done so." "Oh, okay, great. Did you see where I put my strad?"
Bravissimi !! ❤️
Strepitosi.
I picked up a brand new Strad for only $50
What's the name of the piece at the start of the video?
This was a very well made presentation of our history, thank you!
" Magnificent..."
Lovely! This film reinforces a fact that is easily missed by many. It was shared with me by an acquaintance many years ago and I have found it to be truth many times over. "If you give yourself up to a material or a task and pursue it relentlessly and persistently, it will eventually give up all of its secrets to you". Your only investment will be yourself!
Fake timbre, all enhanced, but still great. Most recordings are adjusted/tweaked.
Great playing. Looks funny because his chin is on the other side. The chinrest is far away. That’s Okay because it’s great. Awkward.
They didn't play with chinrests before. Mr. Biondi follows the "old" style (based on iconography and treatise descriptions) where they put the violin in said way. That said, it does look awkward from a modern perspective.
Second comment. I was plagued by over 10 advertisements during this video way too many. it might stop me from watcing them if this kind of abuse continues. two or three is exceptable. 8-10 no!
So just use an ad blocker like Ublock Origin in your browser... in a video that long no wonder you had so many ads... It's in no way the fault of the channel or video maker.
@Syd McCreath I don't have an iPhone, on Android I have Firefox installed with the same extension, ublock origin, and if I want to watch videos undisturbed i'll just do that from the browser instead of the app.
I'm just a weekend hacker in my woodshop. love working with wood. but no way consider myself a woodworker. Its a hobby. but I fell in love with the artistry of violin making these past months and am in awe but also aware of The Art of Plagiarism over time. but in a good way, it's that , That has kept the traditions alive and eager minds to adapt to the ways of the past Luthiers. thanks for sharing with this humble fan.ECF
BE ABEJONĖS- TOBULAS, EFEKTINGAS VIENETINIS GARSAS... ... MANAU, KAD VIENODŲ- 🎶NEBŪNA.🎻⭕💎
I impressed sound of Violin and Biber's music, and his performance. When I played this music, It was soul sound! Thank you so much.
Superbe !!
So much reverb/echo can make anything sound beautiful. Excellent, but confused reality.
